Automated License Activation Portal for Partners


Current Scenario:
• Manual process of license generation. There is no intelligence involved where
human intervention is really required
• Dependency of various departments (e.g. Sales, SFT, Accounts, Despatch)

• Wastage of productive time and hence cost to the company

• Dependency on work timings by Matrix employees. Hence chances of business loss

Kindly Note –

• An order has more that one licenses. In this case average time take per license is small.
However processing time taken by License Dept. will be higher
• Number of licenses are taken approximate from the Sales Movement sheet
• Exact number can be identified for realistic calculation in V2 presentation
SUGGESTED SOLUTION
Partner Portal for Automated License Generation

• Develop a Partner portal within the Online License Activation wizard (e.g. Self service portal)

• Partner can simply log-in using their account secure login/password

• Based on the ‘credits’ available, they can simply generate license


• Currently partner’s credit balance allows Accounts to provide approval or not. Here in this case we can ask
partner to purchase “License Credits” as a product. So that their License Portal account can be topped-up
with Credit balance. Similar to Wallet Account Balance. Partners can use this balance to get license
themselves.

• Keep history of licenses generated by them over a period of time

• Anytime and Anywhere license generation w/o timing issues

• No human error and save re-work time of Matrix employees


CONCLUSION
This can sponsor 100 girl child’s educational fees for up to 1 year 
