My visit to Frankfurt for the 2014 Auto

Show was great. This was the 65th edition
of the fair. It took place from September
25th to October 2nd in Hanover, Germany.

I arrived in Germany on Tuesday, 23rd of

September, two days before the start of the
event. I flew from New York to Frankurt. I
enjoyed the flight a lot.

I arrived at the exhibition center on

Wednesday, which was the first day of the
show. There were outdoor and indoor
exhibitions and lot of visitors.

I first visited the electric cars pavilion.

There were several exhibitions by different
car makers. I enjoyed them all.
The place was full of people because the
cars were really amazing.

A few days later, I attended a presentation

about the cars of the future. The exhibitors
showed a 3D clip about new technologies in
car manufacturing. These exhibition was
very interesting too. They even had a see-
through model car made in glass.

Before the end of the show, I had the

opportunity to do a drive test of a very
modern vehicle.

I traveled with a group of visitors to a nearby

circuit. We chose our favorite car and drove
along the circuit for several minutes. I felt
like a real race pilot!

Before leaving Germany, I had to try the

local food: sausages, of course! During the
last day of the show, I visited one of the local
restaurants. I ordered the Frankfurter
Würstchen which means “The little
Frankfurt saugage” It was absolutely
delicious! I also had a sauerkraut (cabbage
in vinegar) and a beer with it. These are the
usual sides that German people eat with
sausage.

 My visit to Mocoa- Putumayo for the

2019, was for the festival of blancos y
negros. I arrive on January 4 to mocoa port
to spend the weekend.

I do this trip by car from Popayan to

Mocoa, It took eigh hours to reach, there
are 272 km away.

As it is a festival, with many people, there

are parades and floats. People do not
sleep fast and even dawn dancing.

In mocoa you can go to rivers and

waterfalls, they are very clean and you can
go with your friends for a walk.

in the heights of the waterfall, there is a

stage where you can practice extreme
sports and enjoy the fresh water and
nature. Also in the rivers you can swim or
float.

In the evening I went to the main stage

where there were singers, people went
crazy, there were about 40 thousand
people, it was a very good concert and the
night was very fun.

The next day when the carnival ends, I

have a rich pork rib with tacacho so I can
drive well fed back home.
