RUSSTIGER was set up in 1990 as a trading company focusing

principally on the European and American market. Our main area of
expertise centers around automotive, motorcycle, marine, hardware
accessories and parts, all products are made in Taiwan. Despite our
clear emphasis on these products, RUSSTIGER will also act as a
sourcing agent for clients, and is able to leverage its knowledge to
source products from other industries. In Taiwan, the machining
industry is mainly located in central Tiawan and RUSSTIGER is in
the city named Taichung which is superior in its location. There are 9
people run the exporting business, 5 people in QC department and 2
people in R&D.

Centrifugal Casting

In 2010, the Horizontal Super-long Centrifugal Machine will be introduced to cast

4500mm long and large-sized Vertical Centrifugal Machine, and the casting
diameter can be as wide as 3000mm. In the existing vertical and horizontal
centrifugal casting equipment, listed below are the dimensions and process
capacity of the Horizontal Centrifugal Machine:
For 300mm~600mm OD, the length can be as long as 1000mm; as for
125mm~290mm OD, the length will be 1600mm. Dimensions and process
capacity of vertical centrifugal casting piece will be as follows: Model with OD
between 600mm ~ 800mm - 300mm high; Model with OD below 600mm - 500mm
high. In addition, we also provide customization services.
