• Airline Reservation System provides online ticket &
seat reservation of flights.
• It is computerized system used to store and retrieve
information and conduct transaction related to air
travel.
• It builds relationship between customers and airline
agencies.
• It contains the details about flight schedules and its
fare tariffs, passenger reservations and ticket records.
 Drawbacks of present system
• Passenger service system and revenue
management system are not available in
existing system.
• It is not so advanced which can make frequent
updation every time.
• Passengers have not being promptly notified
of flight cancellation or delays.
