to attract tourists, therefore,
to grow economically.
THE CITY WILL HAVE TO MARKET MORE IN
A FEW YEARS

When the pandemic passes,

the doors of the city will
open, therefore, marketing
will open again in the city.
WITHIN A FEW YEARS, CARTAGENA WILL
HAVE IMPROVED IN A TOURIST FIELD

As the pandemic passes, the city

will once again be visited by
people from abroad.
WITHIN A FEW YEARS CARTAGENA WILL HAVE
GROWN IN BUILDINGS AND URBANIZATION

With the new construction in

progress and those to come,
Cartagena will grow in the
urban sector for the population
