Undersea restaurant
This restaurant offers
different kind of food:
Sea food
Vegan food
Meat dinner
 It’s located in
Hurawalhi Maldives
To appetizer, tuna tartare
with salmon skin brittle,
wasabi sorbet and
avocado puree with a
scallop ceviche and
Beluga caviar.
Main course in this menu
is called poached lobster,
it is a lobster in emulsion
beurre blanc with smoked
trout, beet ravioli with
cucumber foam, yuzu and
galangal with truffle
caviar.
 From dessert is mango
cheesecake, it is a
deconstruction of a traditional
cheesecake with cocoa cracker
soil, mango ganache and
coconut ice cream with rolled
mango, wild berries and
honeycomb tuile. For the
beverage, the most delicious
wines, champagne and
cocktails.
 This is one of the most
beautiful experiences, the
ambiance is perfectly
complemented by a seafood
inspired menu. Afterwards
you can enjoy the awesome
views around the restaurant
with fishes and corals. This
restaurant is opening from
18:00 to 22:00 everyday.
There are very much reasons to go there but the
three most important are:
1. Go to 5.8 undersea restaurant is a completely
and unique experience, from when you arrive
until you leave, it is an aquarium restaurant.
2. The food is really delicious and a work of art,
prepared by experienced chef.
3. There are faultless service, always with a
beautiful smile from all people, when you are
eating, the chef come to ask you about the food
and the experience in the restaurant.
 The special occasions that
you can celebrate in this
restaurant is a birthday, an
anniversary, a wedding or
whatever that you want to
celebrate, this place is
perfect for all occasions, you
must to do a reservation with
anticipation, and enjoy it.
