 PROBLEM STATEMENT

Dr. Raghvendra Singh Shekhawat, one of the most renowned urologist in the country was head
of urology department at Dausa Kidney Hospital(DKH) . DKH was nationally recognized and
was planning to open a new academic center however , of late many many consultants and
young doctors had left the hospital, this attrition increased pressure on other doctors and
consultants and impacted its functioning
 RECOMMENDATIONS

Leadership style of Dr. Shekhawat should change from task oriented to relationship oriented

Dr. Shekhawat should give more freedom to junior doctors and consultants

Dr. Shekhawat should show more empathy towards junior doctors as they have family too to look
after

Dr. Shekhawat should facilitate a positive work environment that supports peer learning and self
improvement of subordinates
