Assumptions
• It is assumed that the business problem mentioned earlier is within the
scope of this proposal. Anything, apart from the mentioned, is considered
outside the scope of this proposal
• It is assumed that SIMS, Pune will assign a dedicated team of resources in
providing timely information to vOrganize solutions team. Any delay in
information may lead to delay in project completion
• It is assumed that the IT Infrastructure such as desktops, phone
connection etcetera required to implement the proposed solution will be
rendered by SIMS, Pune
• It is assumed that the mentioned hardware and software
mentioned in the BoM will be arranged by SIMS, Pune
from its own respective vendors
