LEARNING DELIVERY OPTIONS

(PROTOCOLS)
1. CLASSROOM BASED INSTRUCTION-
FACE TO FACE

1.1 Advocacy Materials

· Hang tarpaulin/posters, provide brochures, and


prepare audio or video information related to
COVID 19 Pandemic;
- Observe Proper Protocols in relation to COVID 19

- List of concern agency with contact numbers


1.2 Entrance/Gate
• Use of face mask is mandatory to all (Learners, Faculty & Staff,
Visitors)
• Maintain proper physical distancing, Establish 1.5 - 2.0 meters
demarcation line.
• Undergo footbath before entering school premises
• Take body tempearture using Thermal Scanner before entering
the school premises, if learner has a fever,
- proceed to isolation booth/tent and call a medical team
- call the attention of parents
• Prohibit spitting within school premises.
1.2 Entrance/Gate

• Do proper handwashing with soap and clean water before


entering the school premises.
• Do not allow parents to enter the school premises except for
emergency cases.
1.3 Classroom
• Sanitize hands using Alcohol or any sanitizer before entering the
room.
• Maintain proper physical distancing inside the classroom
- establish at least 1-meter demarcation line to maintain proper
distance
- arrange chairs according to seat plan.
• Maintain classroo-learner ration of 1:20
• Require all learners to wear close shoes.
• No sharing of Personal Belongings and foods.
• Avoid physical activities to lessen learners contact
• Prohibit spitting within school premises
• Require yellow trash bin with Black Plastic intended for the infectious
wastes in all classrooms and offices.
1.3 Classroom
• Supervise snack and meal during break time.
- deliver food/snack to classrooms.
- adopt mobile canteen
- encourage learners to bring their own baon.
• Prohibit loitering inside and outside the classroom.
• Clean and disinfect the whole classroom and offices daily.

• No standby inside the room or in school premises
• Module must be placed inside the sealed plastic envelop
• Disinfect the whole classroom every day after distribution of the
modules
B. Retrieval (Activity Sheet)
• Maintain social distancing inside the classroom
- Establish demarcation line to main proper distance
• No standby inside the room or in school premises
• Activity sheet must be placed inside the sealed plastic envelop
(Clearbook)

• Activity sheet must be disinfected through exposure to


sunlight
• Disinfect the whole classroom every day after retrieval
activity sheets.
3.BLENDED LEARNING
