2.2 Entrance/Gate ( When Visiting Schools)
• Using face mask is mandatory to all (Learners, Faculty & Staff,
Visitors)
• Maintain social distancing Establish 1.5 - 2 meters demarcation
line to maintain proper distance
• Undergo footbath before entering school premises
• Take tempearture using Thermal Scanner before entering the
school premises.
• Spitting within school premises is STRICTLY PROHIBITED
• If learner/visitor has a fever,
- Proceed to isolation booth/tent and call a medical team
- Call the attention of parents/ proper authority.
• Proper handwashing with soap and clean water before
entering.
2.3 Distribution Modules and Retrieval of Activity

A. Distibution (Quarter)
• Maintain social distancing inside the classroom
- Establish demarcation line to main proper distance
• No standby inside the room or in school premises
• Module must be placed inside the sealed plastic envelop
• Disinfect the whole classroom every day after distribution of the
modules

3.2 Entrance/Gate ( When Visiting Schools)
• Using face mask is mandatory to all (Learners, Faculty & Staff,
Visitors)
• Maintain social distancing Establish 1.5 - 2 meters demarcation

school premises.

for emergency cases

- Arrange chairs with specific number corresponding to learners
• Required all learners to wear closed shoes
• Student per Classroom ratio must be 1:22/1:25
• Avoid physical activities to lessen learners contact
• Supervise snacks and meals
- deliver food/snacks to classrooms
- adopt mobile canteen
- encourage learners to bring their own baon (meals/snacks)
• Loitering is strickly not allowed
• Clean and disinfect the whole classroom and offices daily.
