According to the viewpoint of the HR manager of Aamra
technology Ltd,
 HR policies are more important to run a business successfully.

From our viewpoint,


 In our country most of the IT sectors don’t have HR
department. But Aamra Technologies Ltd. having HR Dept. is the
largest IT Company in our Country.

Aamra technologies Ltd have two purposes of performance


appraisal:
Evaluation- Document and let people know how well they are
doing; judgmental role.
 Development – Identify how training and support can
improve performance; counseling role.
MOTIVATION
Motivation:
 The willingness to do something and is conditioned by this actions
ability to satisfy some need for the individual.

 Aamra technologies ltd motivate their Employees two way:
1. Financial incentives. (Ex; Salary increment, Bonus, Advance payment)
