 WARM UP
• First thing you need to know is that we are gonna play a short game to know each other
• The first things you’re gonna do after I say that is to form a circle

Game’s Instructions:
1. You have to say your First Name and Surname and the name of the Primary School you come
from.
II. Next Person will say their information and the previous student’s information.
III. Game continue the same way until someone loses.

AFTER THE GAME ENDS, CLASSROOM WILL BE ORGANIZED AGAIN

 LET’S GET TO WORK!!!
• We have to work on page 24 Exercise 1(Shaping My Language)… This is a pre- Reading Activity.
Look at the questions and complete the box below.
• Mr. Carlos chooses 3 students to explain their answers.
• After that guys, you have to open your Awesome Reader Book on page 12. Read from that page to
page 13.
TIP: Read title, look at the pictures and try to guess what the text is about.
• Read the text and highlight or underline 5 meaningful words to you, from the text.
• Go back to Shaping my language on page 24 and complete exercises 2 using the words you found.
• In your notebook, write the 5 sentences that contain the words you selected and then re-write the
sentences with those words. Write your conclusions in exercise 3 on page 24 of your Shaping My
Language book.
 HOMEWORK
• If you did not finish last Activity, finish it at home
• Also complete page 14 on your Awesome Reader
• Be ready for next day to share your ideas.
