I recommend that you visit Nevado Del cocuy. It is the Sierra Nevada del Cocuy, 5 250 meters (17 200
feet) above sea level, has 18 snowy peaks, 14 seasonal snowy peaks and several glaciers that form over
300 high-altitude lakes, some of them over 3 900 meters (13 000 feet) above sea level..
It is all the road is amazing, since on the walls of the Nevado can be seen textures, formations and
different tonalities, with changing shades according to the season of the year and time of the day.
It has eco-hotels and your people woolen ponchos, the traditional attire of country people, may be
purchased in Iza, Cocuy and Sogamoso.
