I recommend that you visit Santa Marta. It is the most beautiful snowcapped mountain near the sea.
It is a high mountain with the most beautiful landscapes you can imagine. It has eco-hotels and spas.
There you can relax, go hiking, scuba diving and more.
People are funny and easygoing.
You can visit Santa Marta any time of the year and enjoy natural places such as beaches and rivers.
You can eat traditional food from the region.
I recommend you visit Guatape,
Visualize its unreal landscape from
La piedra del Peñol, one of the
most important tourist attractions.
Guatapé is located in northwestern
Colombia and east of Medellin.
This church is the first thing you
will see when you arrive in the
village, along with the main park.
The church has a Greco-Roman
style. Historians say that it took 70
years to build it.
It is an artificial lagoon that
represents the hydroelectric
megaproject; to do so, it was
necessary to demolish and flood
part of the urban area of this area.
They also had to relocate several
families living in the area. Visiting
the Reservoir in Guatapé is a very
quiet plan to enjoy while
appreciating the beautiful
landscape.

PeñolNow you will find a small
replica of the old town. It has
free admission and its opening
hours are from 10:00 a.m. to
6:00 p.m.
The Street of Remembrance in
Guatapé
The Street of Remembrance is
considered urban and
architectural heritage of the
municipality of Guatapé, it is one
of the oldest typical streets. To

water fountain surrounded by
very colorful houses.

you know that the Plazoleta del Zócalo is
transformed every night into the ideal place
for music lovers and dancers.Its bars and
clubs have a very good reputation; Paisas
and foreigners live fun and unique nights in
this place. Likewise, for those who drank
others, many restaurants stay open at
dawn and offer their typical broths for
"desenguayave".
