Easy apple dessert with

raspberry sauce

Ingredients

 1 kg apples
 200 gr ripe and sweet raspberries
 1 tablespoon rum, optional
 6 cardamom seeds
 200 ml whipped cream with 1 tablespoon of fructose or 2 of sugar
 1 tablespoon icing sugar
Steps

 Peel the orange and remove the white from the peel.
 Wash and peel the apples. Cut into not very large cubes.
 In a saucepan, better iron, put the apples with the sugar, the berries and
seeds, the orange peel and three tablespoons of water.
 Simmer until the apple is cooked but not undone. Let cool.
 Crush the raspberries with the liqueur and the icing sugar, if used, and
reserve.
 When the apples are cold, put them in a large bowl or glasses, cover with the
whipped cream and a few tablespoons of raspberry sauce.
 Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
