Easy Apple Dessert With Raspberry Sauce: Cristian Camilo Soto Rodriguez Grado: 11 Teacher: Catalina Murillo

Ingredients
1 kg apples
200 gr ripe and sweet raspberries
1 tablespoon rum, optional
6 cardamom seeds
200 ml whipped cream with 1 tablespoon of fructose or 2 of sugar
1 tablespoon icing sugar
Steps
Peel the orange and remove the white from the peel.
Wash and peel the apples. Cut into not very large cubes.
In a saucepan, better iron, put the apples with the sugar, the berries and
seeds, the orange peel and three tablespoons of water.
Simmer until the apple is cooked but not undone. Let cool.
Crush the raspberries with the liqueur and the icing sugar, if used, and
reserve.
When the apples are cold, put them in a large bowl or glasses, cover with the
whipped cream and a few tablespoons of raspberry sauce.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
