Employee Policy

• Working hours = 8 hours/shift


• One month notice to be given prior to leaving else last
month’s salary shall not be released
• Employee conduct with customers shall be warm and
professional
• Employees must refer to the ‘facility guide’ in case of
any discrepancy with customers
• Employees can avail 1 planned leave and 1 medical
leave per month. Can be availed in half day format
well.
