PREPARING THE SHIP

FOR AN INSPECTION

Teacher:
Rosario Nuñubero Ferrúa
SITUATION

You have just arrived in a vessel and all the members of the
crew are working hard to prepare the ship for an
inspection. According to the crew’s arrangements, they
send you to a specific area to support them. Some days
later, an officer asks you to report the activities you have
performed. You have to describe the area you have
checked and the problems you have found by using a
checklist. The officer gives you some advice to solve the
problems in order to be prepared for an inspection.
Make some research and write a complete report to your
merchant academy about the experience mentioned above.
