RAW DATA ABOUT CONSTRAINTS

• No budget Constraint
• Table size: 6*4 feet (as per our assumptions)
• No weight Constraint
• No size Constraint regarding our system
BASIC FUNCTION OF THE PRODUCT

• Our product proposal is based on the concept of vision-based monitoring

and time detecting system which helps in monitoring and login the
productive time for an assembly being carried out.
VISION BASED MONITORING AND
TIME DETECTING SYSTEM
• The starting of the process is done with entering the
workers/employee’s details i.e. Name and Id on the screen.

• Now for starting the work, worker need to press the on/off
button on the screen. This will start the timer for the very
first assembly.

• Once the assemble is done, the component is placed in the

BRIEF OUT TRAY where the camera will detect the component and
the time for that component stops.

DESCRIPTION • On the other side the timer starts ticking for the next
assembly automatically and the cycle keeps on repeating.
OF THE • A ‘BREAK’ option is given for the workers with different
SYSTEM categories in it.

• At the end of the working batch, worker needs to press the

ON/OFF button again to stop the system after placing the last
assembled component in the OUT TRAY and need to
press ‘LOG OUT’ button.

•  Every detail will be recorded in the Excel sheet i.e.

regarding workers login/logout time, break time, individual
assembly time, total working time.
