Consultation & Communication
1. Do not ambush-consult me. Let's schedule the consultation ahead of time so we are both
prepared.

2. During consultations, do come on time.

3. If personal consultation is not possible, feel free to communicate with me through my e-mail
(satorresherylb@gmail.com).

4. I am hoping for our communication lines to be very open. Do share with me your thoughts both
positive and negative about the session. Should you feel there are things to improve on or you
have clarifications, do communicate it with me personally or through e-mail.

5. Let us avoid negative feelings with each other. It doesn't help the learning process.
Class Session
1. If you will be using digital cameras to capture my writings on the board, do this at the end of my
session.

2. Going out of the classroom to attend to personal matters will be granted for as long as we
maintain only one student at a time.

3. Should you miss any session, be responsible for what was announced or discussed.

4. Should you miss any graded activity, this will have an impact to your assessment.

5. No make-up or alternative activity will be given unless the reason for your missing is
meritorious. Should this be the case, you have to present a formal letter detailing why you
missed the session and back it up with necessary supporting documents.
Class Session
6. You are expected to bring the necessary materials (paper, pen, lecture notes, etc.) with you every
meeting.

7. Participation to classroom activities and/or discussions is a must in my class.

8. Visit the Course Portal regularly. This is where all the course materials are uploaded, and
announcements/instructions are published.

9. Don't hesitate to tell me before I start the session if it is your birthday or a special day with you.

10. Let us treat each other with mutual respect.
