Students will be able to identify which organizations


enforce which acts.

protected ELL students in sequential order.

Students will be able to tell why bilingual education is


a positive aspect in the America.
Bilingual Education
Dates back to 1664 to the
first settlers in Native
America.

States began to adopt

English immersion or “Sink or
Swim” is the dominant method of
instruction for minority students.
Meyer v. Nebraska
