    • Primarily Methane(CH4) and carbon dioxide(CO2)

    WHAT IS PRODUCER GAS?

    • Mixture of flammable gases and non flammable gases.


    • Low calorific value
    • Used as fuel in large industrial furnaces
    • Exothermic Reaction:
    2C + O2 + 3.73 N2 → 2CO+ 3.73 N2
    • In UK it is known as suction gas and in USA it is known as wood gas,

    The conversion kit mainly consists of the following sub components:
    i) Spark plug
    ii) Gas carburetor assembly with governor
    iii) Ignition system assembly with H.T Coil
    iv) Diaphragm operated gas valve (vaporizer)
