 Cylinder kit
This kit is an accessory for models
CX720, CX740, CX760, and CX820.
If working with an 8 row corn header with
integrated stalk chopper, 12 row corn
header or 30 ft header with rapeseed
extension, it is necessary to install the
cylinder kit (diameter 70mm).
Factory fitted cylinder diameter: 63 mm

 COUNTERWEIGHTS
Frame counterweights
Counterweights can be fitted to the rear of
the frame
on special supports.
Three set of counterweights are available:
210 kg (463 lbs) : 6 counterweights
350 kg (772 lbs) : 10 counterweights
420 kg (926 lbs) : 12 counterweights
Wheel counterweights
Wheel weights can be fitted to the steering
wheel
rims.
Three sets of counterweights are available:
200 kg (441 lbs) : 10 counterweights
400 kg (882 lbs) : 20 counterweights
600 kg (1323 lbs) : 30 counterweights

Cereal: X measures 90 - 93 mm Spring length 111 - 113 mm

Corn: X measures 112 - 114 mm Spring length 88 - 90 mm

 Models without front face adjustment

For all crops other than maize:

1. Loosen nuts 1 on both sides.
2. Adjust support 2 in the lower
position as shown.
3. Tighten nuts 1 on both sides.
4. Adjust spring 3 to a length
of111 -- 113 mm
For maize crops:
1. Loosen nuts 1 on both sides.
2. Adjust support 1 in the upper
position.
3. Tighten nuts 1 on both sides.
4. Adjust spring 2 to a length of
88 - 90 mm

 Remove covers 3 on the bottom of intermediate
plate 4, using the special wrench.

 Install or remove the smooth bottom plate
on top of the perforated access door 4.

 Correct clutch tension
The length of springs 2
should measure
Y = 37-39 mm
The slip clutch torque is +/-
600 Nm

Adjust dimension X (X= distance from
centre to centre of the actuator)

heavy duty moderate/universal concave
with InfoViewt monitor read out at 10.
X = 504 - 506 mm for a maize concave with
InfoViewt monitor read out at 25.
X = 516 - 518mm (20 - 5/16” -- 20 - 3/8”) for
a rice or grass seed concave with
InfoViewt monitor read out at 17.
