JAMESON IRISH WHISKEY
TRIPLE DISTILLED, TWICE AS SMOOTH, ONE OF A KIND
Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish whiskey. What’s that we hear you say.
Well first we take the best of pot still and fine grain whiskeys. Then we triple
distil them - not because we have to because we want to as it gives it its
signature smoothness. Finally, we age them in oak casks for a minimum of 4
years.
Serving Suggestions
• Neat or on ice (preferred perfect serve)
• with ginger ale & lime wedge (global perfect serve! Very effective)
• with Sprite & lemon wedge (Suggested for Bulgaria as long drink
choice)
• Cocktails
JAMESON BLACK BARREL
TRIPLE DISTILLED, TWICE CHARRED, FOR A RICH SMOOTH TASTE.
Charring is an age-old method for invigorating barrels to intensify the taste. Jameson
Black Barrel is our tribute to our coopers, who painstakingly give their bourbon
barrels an additional charring to reveal their untold richness and complexity. Because
every barrel contains secrets; the trick is coaxing them out
Serving Suggestions
• Neat or on ice
• Cocktails
• Irish old-fashioned (Preferred perfect serve. See recipe on
jamesonwhisky.com)
• Whiskey sour
JAMESON CASKMATES STOUT
IRISH WHISKEY, CRAFT BEER BARRELS.
Like all the best conversations, the one between Jameson’s Head of Whiskey Science
and the Head Brewer of a local craft beer brewery, started at the bar. A swapping of
whiskey and beer barrels soon after, resulted in Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition -
triple-distilled, blended Irish Whiskey that has been patiently finished in Irish craft
beer-seasoned barrels
Serving Suggestions
• Neat or on ice
• Pair with a stout or wheat beer
• with soda and orange wedge
• Cocktail
• Irish coffee
JAMESON CASKMATES IPA
IRISH WHISKEY, IRISH PALE ALE-SEASONED BARRELS
The next great IPA is… a whiskey. Introducing Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition – a whiskey that
is finished in IPA beer barrels for floral, crisp, hoppy notes.
Like craft beer? Well, why not try a whiskey that incorporates all the great flavours of an IPA.
We matured Jameson Irish whiskey in Irish Pale Ale-seasoned barrels, and the end result is
something people (well the guys at our Midelton Distillery for one) are calling the next great
IPA…
So, if you’re a fan of beer, of trying something new, or simply want to be the first to introduce
your mates to their ‘new favourite drink’, try Jameson Caskmates IPA today! It’s a whiskey with
a little extra hop.

JAMESON CRESTED
A CELEBRATION OF THE FIRST DROPS BOTTLED AT BOW ST.
Back in the day it was common practice to sell Irish whiskey to bonders by the cask.
Then, it was left up to them to bottle it. In 1963, after some greedy bonders started to
water down the whiskey to fill up their pockets, we took over full control of the
process, from grain to glass. Jameson Crested is a celebration of those first drops
bottled back in Bow Street.
Serving Suggestions
• Neat or on ice
• with soda & orange wedge
• Cocktail
JAMESON 18 YEARS
DISTILLED IN WEEKS. MATURED IN DECADES.
PERFECTED OVER GENERATIONS
Jameson Bow Street 18 Years is a special blend of rare pot still and grain Irish
whiskeys produced at the Midleton distillery. After ageing for almost two
decades, these whiskeys are married together and spend their final finishing
period in our original home, at the Jameson Distillery Bow Street in Dublin.
Launched in 2018, this whiskey is our rarest release and is bottled once per
year, at cask strength.
