Aside the human resource
(teachers), the district almost lack
other resources needed for the
teaching of Information and
Communication Technology in
schools.
The teaching of the subject is a
difficulty for teachers especially at
the primary schools.

Apart from the challenge of lack of
adequate skills by teachers to teach it,
the non-availability of ICT equipment
and tools and electricity in schools
worsen the situation of teachers.
