Barbeque nation is one of the leading casual dining chains in
India, Barbeque Nation pioneered the concept of “over the table
barbeque” live grills embedded in dining tables – allowing
guests to grill their own barbecue’s right at their tables.
Some facts about the restaurant
• Barbeque Nation was founded in 2006.
• They currently own and operate 138 outlets in India, 5 outlets in UAE, 1 outlet
in Malaysia and 1 outlet in Oman.
• Indian cuisine is a natural part of the diet in the markets in which the
Barbeque Nation Restaurants operate.
• Their fixed price ‘all you can eat’ concept at our Barbeque Nation Restaurants
offers their customers a varying spread of consistently delicious food at a
value-oriented price in a pleasant and casual dining environment.
Findings from the survey

• Most of the people have given positive responses regarding convenience , accessibility ,
ambience of the restaurant.
• Price is the only factor in which people are not satisfied .
• This study also shows that people from different locations have different views about
Barbeque nation.
• According to this study employees are empathetic towards customers because according
to responses 83.9 % people were satisfied with their service.
• Barbeque nation’s employees are also very reliable because 86.2% people think that staff
were friendly and professional.
Conclusion
• The only thing in which Barbeque nation need to work is on cost cutting
because there are a lot of people which enjoy their service and are delighted
by their add on advantages and offers but do not think that their price is
justified.
• They also offer wide variety of dishes especially in Indian cuisine in their
menu.
• There are 25% people who would like to go to BBQ nation more than 7
time in a month which they are satisfied with their service.
