that comes from the mouth of God.

By this I will know that God is for me.

Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, ‘Abba, Father’.

Genesis 1:27
So God created man in His own image; in the image of
God He created him; male and female He created

II.The Trinity in the family of the believer
Pope Benedict XVI
“The human family is, in a certain sense, the icon of
the Trinity because of the love between its members
and the fruitfulness of that love.”
The wife, the husband and the children are equal
in values, dignity and worth
but … they don’t have the same responsibilities
and the same roles in the family.
Parents should have a holistic approach in the
raising of their children: physical, emotional and
spiritual development.
III.The Trinity in the local church
Equal, but honouring the others
Mark 10:43-44
“whoever wants to become great among you must be
your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be
slave of all. For even the Son of Man did not come to
be served, but to serve.
1 Corinthians 3:16-17, NIV
Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple
and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst? If anyone
destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person;
for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that
temple.
III.The Trinity in the local church
The church is victorious, protected and preserved
by God
Ephesians 1:22-23, NIV
God placed all things under his feet and appointed him
(Jesus) to be head over everything for the church,
which is his body
Unity and diversity in the church
Romans 12:4 - many members, and these members do
not all have the same function
Revelation7:9, ESV - from every nation, from all tribes
and peoples and languages
