 Abstract

 This study will be conducted to clear the idea about basic

course of battalion ansar and general ansar.
 Research will be survey method.
 Random sampling.
 Manual data analysis.
 Introduction

 Among three main branches of Bangladesh Ansar and VDP,

battalion Ansar is the regular & highly trained branch of this
force.
 The general ansar is another brance of Bangladesh Ansar and
VDP
 Though this two brance is the part of Ansar and VDP but there
are some basic difference and similarities in there basic course.
 In this study we will find the differences and lackings of basic
course and some recommandation will be given.
 Aim and Objectives

To know the present status battalion ansar and

general ansar.
Comparison of past and present status of battalion
ansar and general ansar.
To know the present training method of battalion and
general ansar.
To find out the problem of battalion ansar and general
ansar training course.
To find the way how can we trained them as per the
demend of time.
To add some new course in there training.
 Literature Review

 No previous study has been found.

 Reviewed training guidelines of Ansar and VDP related
journal, thesis paper , the book of AKM Mizanur Rahman.

Methodology

 Study Location:
Basic training course of battalion ansar and general ansar in
the academy of Bangladesh Ansar and VDP.
 Sampling & Sample Size

 Around 10 respondents will be drawn from each company.

 General ansar from training course and job sector.
 Respondents available for the whole study time-frame will be
selected.
 Both the older and the newer battalion Ansar will be selected.

Data Collection

 Survey method.
 Experienced and interested interviewer.
 Data Analysis

 Manual data analysis.

Ethical Issues
 Verbal consent of the respondent will be taken
 Identity will not be revealed if respondent wants.
 Time-frame

 Total 3 Months

Limitation of the Study

 Due to time limitation the study spot and the number of

participants will be confined.
 Anticipated Result

 Battalion Ansar:
Six months training
Pity, drill, BPT, assoult, run test, patrolling,raid
.303,china rifle,SMG,short gun(80-bullet)
Regular force

 General Ansar:
70days training
Pity, drill
303,china rifle,short gun(10-bullet)
