Learning:
■ Chinese is a tonal language
■ Total 26 alphabets are in English language but in Chinese we have 29 alphabets
■ 3 extra letters in Chinese language are (Zh, Ch, Sh)
■ If G is the first letter or in the middle of a word than it sounds K=‫ﮎ‬, but if it is
the last letter of a word than it sounds ‫ﮒ‬
■ Collection of letters is called alphabets
■ Letters are units of alphabets
■ A-Z alphabets
■ A is a letter
■ K is a consonant letter
■ A is a vowel letter
■ Consonant letters touch tongue, teeth and lips
■ Vowel letters do not touch tongue, teeth and lips
■ Vowel letters are independent and make clear sound
■ Consonant letters are dependent on vowels
■ No vowel, No sound, No meaning, No word
■ Semi vowel are Y,W (Tri = vowel, Try = semi vowel)
■ Quality:
■ Grow = G is a capital consonant letter, r is a small consonant letter, o is a small
vowel letter, w is a small semi vowel
■ Quantity:
■ 19 + 5 + 2 = 26 (total letters of English alphabets)
■ 19 consonant letters, 5 vowels, 2 semi-vowels

■ Important parts of a sentence which plays vital role in meaning and sense developing in
quality
■ Quantity = 10 parts of speech

1. Property / Quality of a noun
■ Short sentences are phrases
■ Incomplete sentences are phrases
