DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM
One of the sources of protein in the human diet are red meat animals, they are produced by greenhouse gases that cause damage in the atmosphere. According to Worldwide, ruminant production contributes 18% of total greenhouse gases. That is why this project seeks to create a mushroom product that has protein content that replaces meat.
