Dr. Nelson Kraucak is a compassionate family
practitioner with more than 20 years of
experience helping thousands of patients to
live better lives with an innovative blend of

Dr. Kraucak did his internship in internal
medicine and residency in family practice at
Albert Einstein Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center
in New York City. In addition, Dr. Nelson
Kraucak is actively associated with many
professional medical organizations including
the American Academy of Family Practice, the
American College for Advancement of Medicine,
the American Academy of Holistic Medicine, the
American College of Integrative and Metal
Toxicology, the Florida Medical Association, the
Association of American Physicians and
Surgeons and the American Academy of

Dr. Kraucak is a Fellow of the American
Academy of Family Practice. Dr. Kraucak deeply
