NEXT, WE WILL TALK ABOUT ERGONOMIC INJURIES. WE WILL PRESENT A SURVEY OF 20
PEOPLE IN WHICH INJURIES ARE MENTIONED DUE TO THE BAD PRACTICES OF THE
PROFESSION. TO CONTINUE, 4 EXERCISES ARE EXPLAINED TO ALLEVIATE SOME INJURIES.

EXERCISE NUMBER ONE
IF YOU OPENED, STRETCHED, AND CLOSED YOUR HAND, YOUR WRIST PAIN SHOULD IMPROVE.
EXERCISE NUMBER TWO
IF YOU HELD AND LIFTED HEAVY OBJECTS WITH YOUR BACK STRAIGHT, YOU WOULD NOT SUFFER MORE BACK
PAIN.
EXERCISE NUMBER THREE
IF YOU LOOKED UP AND DOWN, YOUR NECK SHOULD NOT HURT ANYMORE.
EXERCISE NUMBER FOUR
IF YOU WANTED TO STOP YOUR KNEE PAIN, YOU SHOULD STAND UP AND SIT DOWN REPEATEDLY.

• AS A RESULT OF OUR SURVEY WE WERE ABLE TO REALICE THAT THERE ARE


DIFFERENT AILMENTS THAT CAN OCCUR AT WORK. FOR THIS WE APPLY
DIFFERENT EXERCISES TO HELP MAKE THIS LES FREQUENT.
