Sometimes we often being late by a lot of reasons, traffic jams, bad
weather, waking up late. Some of these reasons can justified you are
late, others not much but the idea is that you try to avoid come late to
something  as a meet, class or a work shift.
What science says

According to the science people who are late typically feel les stressed
uncorcened with deadlines, and generally more relaxed. That can lead to
lower blood pleasure, lower risk of herat disease, greater cardiovascular
health. Lower risk of stroke and lower chance of depression, all of which
can prolong life.

•There are somethings that we can’t control as the bad
weather, the traffic jams, that our car be damage. things
like that are out of our control, but sometimes we know,
and we can abstract that these thing going to happen, and
we just wait for them. for have an excuse and being late
to something.
•For example
You wake up and look the window, it looks like going to rain. you should prepare
for work quickly, because if you take the things with relax it can start to rain.
And you could be late by it.

The lastes excuses that i showed are the most used but there is a point between
had to be late and want to be late, for example Too tired to get up and
Oversleeping sometimes can’t be the more understanding excuses for don’t
attend something important.

What should I do if the meet that i can’t attend is important?

If the activity that you can not attend is much important maybe, an excuse is not the best form
of justify your absence in these cases you need to be more formal, for example you can send a
message, email or call before the date or hour of the activity.
