HEART FAILURE

HISTORY

 Mrs. Mani cooper came to BCH on 02/03/2020 with the

chief complaint of generalized weakness drooling of
saliva from mouth , difficulty in swallowing since last 2
days Patient had a past medical history of severe anemia
(5.1 gm%)and got admitted to BCH on
 HISTORY

18/02/2020 and 5PRBC in ICU and she was diagnosed

with Myasthenia gravis ,she also had a history of falls and
hypothyroidism . She had a past surgical history of
mastectomy since 2 years back.
