INGREDIENTS OF POTATO A

LA HUANCAINA:
 5 FRESH YELLOW PEPPERS
 1 CUP OF FRESH CHEESE
 1 GARLIC
 1 PINCH OF MILK PREPARATION OF THE POTATO A LA HUANCAÍNA
 OIL
 1KG OF HUAYRO POTATO • IN A FRYING PAN WITH DROPS OF OIL, BROWN 3 YELLOW PEPPERS,
 4 OLIVES WITHOUT VEINS, WITH A PEELED GARLIC CLOVE.
 LETTUCE • WE PUT EVERYTHING IN A BOWL AND ADD TWO MORE RAW AND
 1 BOILED EGG CHOPPED PEPPERS, WE ALSO REMOVE THE SEEDS.
 SALT TO TASTE • WE ADD A CUP OF SALTY FRESH CHEESE, AND GRIND THE MIXTURE
PATIENTLY.
• WE ADD A SPLASH OF MILK AND OIL.
• WE PUT ALL THE MIXTURE IN A BLENDER FOR A FEW MINUTES, WE
TASTE THE SALT TO SEE HOW THE MIXTURE IS.
• FINALLY, WE ADD A SMALL DROP OF LEMON TO ENHANCE ALL THE
FLAVOR OF THE HUANCAÍNA CREAM.
• WE SERVE ON TOP OF HUAYRO POTATOES OR TO TASTE.
• WE ACCOMPANY IT WITH LETTUCE AND A WHOLE OLIVE FOR
DECORATION, BENEFIT!
