separate and well defined targeting strategy instead of amalgamating
them in one. Although it’s a small servicing firm but is growing very
fast therefore their targeting strategy must also grow to meet the
needs of each segment separately.

• 1. Improve accuracy of rider pickup location. Placing the building name. Ending
up on the wrong side of the road or wrong entrance of the building is common
and wastes time to make a U-turn or go one road.
• 2. For the rating system we can see their rationale of relying on law of averages
and anonymity. Granted there are times we make mistakes and can agree when
we get less than 5 star rating e.g. wrong turn, missed the entrance.
• 3. Let the rider complete its ride first. So that the other client does not need to
wait for long.
