the course from Machine Learning University or learn software development skills

• The performance measurement system at Amazon for program manager are of two
types. Various teams follow either of the two processes as per their requirement.

360-degree performance measurement system
The performance of employee is judged using the review of around 7 to 12 people. These people are
working with the employee and they share some of their work environment. The feedback is gathered
in the form of reviews in terms of competencies of the employee. The employee himself or herself
also takes part in this appraisal with the help of self-assessment. The 360-degree performance
appraisal system is a way to improve the understanding of strength and weaknesses of employee with
the help of creative feedback forms.

 Under the marketing manager role Amazon hires Event Manager, Business Development Manager, Customer
Relationship Manager etc. There are two types of hiring for these positions
1.On Campus process
2.Off Campus process

Both processes have a largely similar structure, in the off campus process the duration is much higher. It typically
lasts between 1 to 3 weeks. In the case of campus recruitment for marketing manager position it usually takes 1 to
2 days to complete the entire process.
