their performance, help them learn on the job and build their
capabilities

These days, the workforce of any organization has


a strong population of employees that belong to
the older generation.
Managing the older workforce is one of most
crucial tasks for India inc today. Hence,
organizations are now devising special policies to
keep their older employees motivated and happy.

substantiative and qualitative compared to those
of the youngsters.
