WHAT HAVE I
LEARNED?
• After completing this assignment there have
been many things I have learned about
nutritional guidance. I have learned that
everyone’s body was made differently so we
all have different needs. Some people need
more of certain nutrients than others. If I had
the chance to participate in football with this
knowledge, I would make sure to have a
healthy diet while still getting all the nutrients I
need.
