Moreover, ICCO Cooperation plays the lead role to implement the EU funded “Sustained Opportunities for Nutrition
Governance (SONGO) project” to improve maternal and child nutrition in Kurigram and Gaibandha districts. The focused
areas of the mentioned projects are:-

Our training campaign To develop an updated and informative scripts on nutrition, health, WASH and
livelihood related message for dissemination through easy and interactive popular ways.
It also develop the capacity of locally existing cultural teams on performing patchitra community
shows on nutrition, WASH and livelihoods issues
Background & Context
We designed our proposal following the mass awareness campaign plan under the objectives of SONGO
project and ICCO Cooperation Action Plan which includes:

Our creative team comprises cinematographers, animators, illustrators and scriptwriters, some of who are
considered to be among the best in the creative field.
Furthermore, Head Office Communication has long been an admirer of ICCO Cooperation and strongly
acknowledges the profound impact it has had in empowering the marginalized communities and helping alleviate
poverty, illiteracy and injustice to build a better Bangladesh.
We would like to take this opportunity of partnering with ICCO Cooperation through this campaign and join in the
journey of nationwide scaling up of initiatives that change the community for greater good.

Head Office Communication has been working with brands in the development sector for an extended period of
time, supporting different NGOs and INGOs such as Care Bangladesh, Swiss Contact, Concern Worldwide, to
name a few. They are also the Institutional and Fund Management Home to the Bangladesh chapter of the Safe
Motherhood network.
Head Office Communication through working very closely with their clients and partners, takes active efforts in
understanding the development language and the rights-based programming especially the core values that drive
the work of the development sector.
As a communication agency, Head Office Communication has a deep understanding of branding and is
committed to supporting the partner organizations in developing and showcasing their brand image.
Requirements that the client need:
To develop an updated and informative scripts on nutrition, health, WASH and livelihood related
message for dissemination through easy and interactive popular ways;
To develop the capacity of locally existing cultural teams on performing community shows on
nutrition, WASH and livelihoods issues;
To sustain the cultural team activities on folk song, drama shows so that other development partners
can use their skills for mass awareness.
Deliverables
Folk-song, drama, theatre under 2 themes.
Themes are:
(1) Government health facilities available at community clinics, union health & Family welfare center,
(2) 1000 day approach [Infants and Young Child Feeding practices (IYCF), breastfeeding, dietary
diversity, equitable food distribution, homestead food production, diarrhea management).
Key Element
Arranging workshop on ‘Pot for development’ and workshop on folk play and cultural performance
for development.
The Pot Song presentations will be mechanized with the approach to make it inclusive, participatory
and scalable, while conducting efficient communications and knowledge transfer towards the
communities at 18 unions of 6 UPZs in Kurigram and Gaibandha district under Rangpur division in
Bangladesh.

1. Enlightenment:
As we dig down the facts, we have found out that “lack of consciousness and knowledge about health & hygiene” is the primary
obstacle. So, before promoting the idea, we just need to ensure proper awareness about “Basic Rules” among the people.
For this, we will follow a formula which we call A3.

We provide 3 respective ideas and it should be decided by the respective client.
Overview & Treatment of the content
2. Emotional Push:
Only knowledge may not be enough; for every greater movement needs an emotional push. Hence we
will make a very emotional and touchy song describing the immense risk and struggle one goes
through deprivation of knowledge.
3. Motivation:
Now when there is knowledge and emotional push, it’s the right time to introduce the solution and
motivate them.
