Questions Asked
LENTULOSPIRAL

• Cone shaped spiral prevents air bubble inculsions.

• Notches at left allow it to fit into a slow-speed latch
handpiece.
• Atypical left-handed screw threading so that the
application of sealer or cement will flow down the
tip of the spiral when the slow-speed is in forward
mode.

LENTULOSPIRAL

INSTRUCTONS:
• Passively placed to the working length
before cement is applied.
• Then coated with the paste
• Introduced into the root canal, and the
paste slowly rotated into the canal.

Disadvantages
• Difficulties in fitting the rubber stop
• Instrument fracture
• Tendency for extrusion beyond the apex
