applicable when the Robot is stuck up and cannot be
controlled by manual jogging.

- Dimensions of Robotic Painting Booths

- Dimensions of Painting Parts

- Relative distances of Painting Parts from Robot

- Conveyor Speed relative to the motion of Robot

- Application to Robot Studio Simulation

- Application of simulation to Robot command system

- Trial of certain number of painting parts

- Removing of retouch up to painting parts where simulation is used


MAINTENANCE PRACTICES
 Weekly maintenance
 Check the robot functions in manual mode.
 Monthly maintenance
 Clean the robot cleaning.
 Check the engine noise.
 Check the temperature of the control cabinet.
 Check the robot functions in manual mode.
 Yearly maintenance
 Replace the gearbox oil annually.
 Replace the SMB battery every 2 years.
