    Finding Of the Study
    ▷ A huge chunk of garments factory workers was laid off due to cancellation of orders
    from international buyers which decrease in the profit of firm industries.

    ▷ Majority of the employees either lost their jobs or were demotivated to lower income
    jobs.

    ▷ Even under normal circumstances, poor supervision from company and external
    governing bodies have made it such that there are no provisions to ensure rights of
    employees.

    ▷ The factories have suffered massive losses due to the pandemic amounting to billions
    of dollars.
