• Minimum Wage Must be Revised
• Global Recognition of the workers must be recognized.
• About bureaucracy, initiatives must be taken from both business owners
and the government.
• There need to be laws in place that have enough provisions to ensure
rights of the RMG employees.
• Emergency backups of material must be ensured.
• The role of the trade union is indispensable here, they must ensure job
security and keep a keen eye on whether the terms of incentive packages
are being upheld.
Conclusion
After analyzing all three perspectives separately along with the labor laws and
jurisdictions associated with our country, several conclusions could be
materialized. Both parties, RMG factory owners and labors, had suffered their
share of damage and impairment. Even though the pandemic and all its after
processes were quite unprecedented for all parties involved, certain things
could be rectified and brought under control if government regulations and
supervisions were stricter.
