But, today’s mother is having mentality that if you

diaper is large and thick in size will give the good
result. When we compare the capacity of Cellulose
Fluff Pulp and Airlaid with SAP Cover, results in
positive results for Airlaid with SAP Cover.
because it have the higher capacity of absorbing the
liquid than Cellulose Fluff Pulp. Actually Cellulose
Fluff Pulp is made up of Airlaid.
One of Manufacturing Unit in India replaced the
Cellulose Fluff Pulp with Airlaid and resulted in
loss of sale in baby diaper around 25%.
The firm was having challenge to improve the sale and
earn the profit. Then they issued one pc packing to
distributors for sampling purpose.
Distributors issued the samples to mothers those having
bad mentality against the Airlaid made diapers.
The cost incurred for the sampling was Rs.
1,00,000.00.
The another challenge was to cover the cost of Rs.
1,00,000.00 and get the same market share within
the targeted 6 months.
That firm achieved that extra incurred cost within one
and half month after the sampling took place.

And achieved 16% market share from 14% within 3

months.

airlaid, use the shower of SAP powder (in the
liquid form) at the time of inserting the raw
