PROFESSIONAL ETHICS
Professional ethics are principles that governs the behaviour of a person or group in a
business environment. Like values, professional ethics provide rules on how a person should
act towards other people and institutions in such an environment.
EMPLOYEE THEFT
Employee Theft
Employee theft is defined as any stealing, use or misuse
of an employer’s assets without permission. A crime that
is becoming more common is data theft or theft of
intellectual property.
HOW COMMON
EMPLOYEE THEFT
IS?
The U.S Chamber of
Commerce estimates that
75% of all employees steal
at least once and half of
these steal repeatedly. The
Chamber also reports that
one of every three business
failures is the direct result
of employee theft
Sorting out the problem!

Gather all the evidence against him.

And give that evidence to the boss.


IN SUMMARY
 When I gave all the evidence to the boss, the boss himself
did a little research about it and came to the conclusion
that

 He will first ask the employee when he refuses, the boss


will fire him.
