ME

Summary
For the purpose of our project, we chose Asia Poultry Feeds (pvt) LTD. It’s head office is in
Lahore. Company’s business has been extended throughout Pakistan and owns a most modern,
state of the art feed production plants. It’s mission is to make their customers grow with them.
Through this project we came to know about the core organizational values and management
competencies. Their organizational goal has also
been discussed in this project. We also found that how they carry-out their performance
appraisal and which approach they use for evaluating their employees. From all the information
that we have gathered for this project, we concluded that it is a profitable organization. Overall
it is a good organization but they should conduct more formal training sessions to enhance
knowledge and skills of employees.

 Asia Poultry Feeds (Pvt) Ltd. is a leading poultry feed manufacturing
company in Pakistan
 The company was incorporated as Asia Poultry Feeds (Pvt.) Ltd. on Oct.
04,1993 and started its production on Aug. 14, 1994. Since then the company
has emerged as one of the top poultry feed producing companies of Pakistan
by applying the latest scientific concepts in poultry nutrition. Consistency is
the key word with Asia Poultry Feeds
 They have four (4) production units situated in Multan, Lahore, Karachi and
Depalpur. Their feed brands “Asia Feeds”, “Chenab Feeds”, “Indus Feeds”
and “Delta Feeds” are known in the market for their superior quality and their
company is regarded as an innovator and trendsetter in the fast-growing
poultry industry

 They should introduce annual award system based on the KPI’s of employees
 They should not make performance appraisal without consulting the concerned
employee
