nutrition and mental well-being to keep
your body in top condition.

Exercise Regularly

Jog for atleast 30minutes to 1 hour.


It is also good to have a cycling time to strengthen both upper and lower
part of our body.
Other option,we can also go to a fitness center or gym to achieve the
body shape we wanted.
It is also good to have a mountain hiking or a walking time when we
don’t have much time to do some exercises.

Eat Regularly
Have a proper diet.
Eat the food that contains a lot of vitamins.
Eat vegetables and fruits.
Lessen the foods that contains much fats or calories.
Eat 3x a day.

Drink Plenty of water
Drink 8 glass of water or more than everyday.
Don’t drink too much alcohol.
Instead of drinking energy drink,drink water to be energize.

Reduce Stress
Always have a good vibe.
Start the day with a positive thinking even we experienced some problems.
Always think out of the box to improve ourselves.
Always think that no matter what the problem is,we can still find a solution.
Have some good time with family or friends.
How do I maintain my physical health awareness?

As a college student you will think that how I manage my time or myself everyday?First,in the morning I
always think that I will survive this day and let myself to do what I can do and finish what I’ve need to be
done.That’s my one way to reduce stress because college life is not that easy.Second,how I maintain my
physical health?Eventhough I’m busy in school,I always manage my time so that I have a chance to exercise
or do some physical activities.In the afternoon,I joined some of my friends in there routine in there
sports.But basically I am an athletics player.Our training is very hard to do but the other thinks that we only
running,stretching,sprinting,do some push-ups or curl-ups but when you do it in actual,you would rather say
that I might play online games than doing this training.

Third,how do I keep eating regularly?to be honest sometimes I didn’t eat on time,why?because
sometimes our schedule in school is hectic.But I always pack my food before going to school
and vegetable is always present and I bring always water to keep myself from dehydration.I buy
some fruit when there is available.I limit also myself in drinking alcohol and prioritize important
things.I eat in our house instead of eating in fastfood because the food they serve will not give
the enough vitamins that I needed.Lastly,I drink a lot of water.I’m proud to say that I drink more
than 8 glasses a day and always do this to keep me away from dehydration.

To promote a healthy life,exercising and having a proper
diet.Engaging ourselves to do routines or activities will let ourselves
to keep away from stress.We will also meet other people that will
make us happy and have a positive thought always.
