Ans: At first ,Jatin was very careful with his
new sandals. But soon he was careless again
and torn his sandals.
c. What kind of a boy was this person ?How did he keep
his books and pencils?
Ans: Jatin was good but careless and naughty boy. He
got into trouble for breaking his things.
His books had torn covers , the pages were creased,
and his slate was cracked. He also chewed the ends
of his pencils.

Ans: The kite had come to help Jatin because he has patched it up carefully
when it got torn. It was returning Jatin’s kindness.

Ans:Jatin caught the tail of the kite and held on tightly as they sailed up
into
the air. But soon they started falling out of the sky. Just as he was
about
to hit the ground , Jatin woke up. He was lying at the bottom of the
stairs
with the kite beside him.
