I choose the PO structure due the following elements:
• Although is not something new for the company, the project scope is complex and very important
(key) to the future of the company
• The team it is going to be 100% focus in the project
• Clear single point of responsibility in the PM
• Strong lines of authority
• Strongest customer focus
• Strongest reporting and control
• It is a medium to large budget
DroneTech is smaller that his client (Willmont´s Pharmacy), it should be 100% concentrated in the
project and with a costumer satisfaction focus. Every project manager of the different areas should
be in constant communication with their contra parts in Willmont´s Pharmacy (IT, Operations, Legal)
but with direct report to the PM.
