    I choose the SMO structure due the following elements:
    • Although is just a pilot, the project scope is complex
    • It is a Unique project so far for the company, the firsts try outs of flying drones deliveries
    • It is an innovative project for the company but it is not the first priority, the workers should
    continuing their functional work
    • It is a medium to large budget
    Wilmont’s Pharmacy needs to share the most quantity of information to DronTech, so, the SMO
    structure will help to focus and distribute the responsibility and the accountability in the different
    areas )IT, Business operations, Legal and Testing)
