I choose the SMO structure due the following elements:
• Although is just a pilot, the project scope is complex
• It is a Unique project so far for the company, the firsts try outs of flying drones deliveries
• It is an innovative project for the company but it is not the first priority, the workers should
continuing their functional work
• It is a medium to large budget
Wilmont’s Pharmacy needs to share the most quantity of information to DronTech, so, the SMO
