 It has small scope for the time being
 It has Simple complexity and it can be managed with simple coordination
 It has low budget and low to medium risk
 Its uniqueness is similar with the normal except small change on the
delivery mode (transportation means) etc.

Main reason that I select this type of organization structure is
 The size of drone technology firm is too small and use mobile
application to do the task easily
 Limited staff member
 For the time being the project size which is proposed for
contract is small with limited budget
 The project does not have any complex character to achieve
the agreed contract and the risk level is insignificant. That is
why I select functional organization structure for drone
technology group.
